Stuart Fisher – CEO, Director for Strategy & Lean Transformation

Stuart founded LT Consulting in 2001 with a passion to make a significant difference to customers and our communities.  A pioneer of Lean applications into non-manufacturing areas, Stuart provides Lean advice for leaders in business, the public sector and education.

Formerly as UK Director for TBM Consulting Group, he helped establish  one of the first Lean Consultancies in the UK. Simultaneously, he worked with the Japanese Consultancy Shingijutsu who were pioneers of the Toyota Production System and launched many UK organisations on their Lean journey (Unipart, JCB, Mars, Black & Decker, Polaroid, Perkins, Biomet).  Stuart also worked with Lucas Industries where he was responsible for introducing Lean principles across the Group.  Being sponsored by the DTI and the Royal Academy of Engineers, he spent a year at Mitsubishi.

As a keen fisherman he knows all the angles and is a reel expert who can tackle anything.

Jill Garrett – Director of Leadership Development & Employee Engagement

Highly regarded as an authority in leadership development and change management, Jill joined LT Consulting in 2009.   Previously MD of Gallup, a Head Teacher and a Business Psychologist, Jill is a popular public speaker, University Lecturer and contributor to research on Leadership.  With a unique and effective use of individual and organisation strengths, she thrives on seeing people rise to the challenges of leadership and make a difference to the people that work for them and in turn the people they serve.

If she’s not running for a train, you’ll find Jill running at the gym!

Tim Fenton – Director of Operational Improvement

Tim has a wealth of practical experience and knowledge in Lean and Operations, gained from working first hand with Toyota in UK, Europe and Japan.  His operations and management skills were fully tested in his role as European General Manager responsible for Toyota’s European supply base.  People engagement is vital to sustained improvement and Tim enjoys working in diverse sectors to achieve this.

An avid football fan of a team we won’t name…Tim knows that a goal without a plan is just a wish

With over 12 years extensive executive support experience, Linda is our lead Client Coordinator.  Her valuable experience in fast paced, pressured customer facing environments ensures Linda meets the needs of our clients in a friendly, professional and timely manner.

Although keen in performing amateur dramatics, she’s no Drama Queen at the office!

Morag Fisher – Director of Finance & Resources

A co-founder of LT Consulting in 2001, Morag keeps the finances and our resources in order with her previous Financial Sector experience.  In addition, Morag brings knowledge from 10 years working with Local Government.  A School Governor and active member of the local community, Morag strives for excellence throughout the business and promotes a family atmosphere and family values within the team.

With a love of good coffee and a fantastic cook, Morag is a great ingredient for the office!
