JILL GARRETT JOINS LT CONSULTING

Jill Garrett joins LT Consulting on the 1st April 2009, bringing to the team a wealth of expertise in leadership development, change management and strengths management.

Jill's passion to improve organisational performance by transforming and utilising the strengths of leaders and their teams is a true inspiration.  Her client portfolio includes organisations from the public, private and third sectors.  Previously, Jill has been a Managing Director of the Gallup Organisation, a Business Psychologist as well as a Secondary Head Teacher.  Jill also designed the Inspirational Leadership Tool, developed in partnership with the Government's Innovation Group (now part of BERR) to help leaders optimise and apply their innate leadership strengths.

Jill is a popular public speaker and her main interests are family, work, friends and not surprisingly studying what people are good at!
